The Riding arena is NOW OPEN 
refurbish 2024 - 2025 is complete

PHASE 1 2024

The Arena has undergone an extensive renovation in 2024.

The grass, boulders and rocks have been removed and leveled with existing grade.

Many volunteers laboured through the July heat for days on end rock picking the gazillion rocks and raking to ready the arena for Lone Butte Rocks on July 14th 2024. 

To enhance the footing and complete phase 2 of 2, the Hall will be reaching out looking for local business sponsors to display their signs. We will also be applying for grant assistance, and of course we are always grateful for volunteers in any type of support. 

PHASE 2​ 2025

Complete as of May 15 2025

Our goal was achieved, thanks to the very generous sand donation

from United Concrete in 100 Mile House. 

​We raised: 

$120 from Cabin Fever donations,

$690.75 from a Purdy's Easter Chocolate Fundraiser

(thanks to Lorie Vincent for organizing this),

$155 in cash donations from Lorie's Spring Market in April,

$400 from the Tack Sale on Sunday May 10th and,

$255 Easter donations.

All the donations assisted in the trucking and levelling of the sand,

which completed Phase 2. 

  

Annual memberships are $30

(signed waivers and valid Horse Council number will be required).

The arena measures approxiamatley 100 x 200 feet, 

with panels paddacks on one side.

Livestock panels are available for rent (10 feet in length).

We invite clubs to book our facility as well as private users.
